Since 1926, World Thinking Day has been a cherished tradition for Girl Guides and Girl Scouts worldwide. This year’s theme, Our Friendship, celebrates the bonds that unite us across borders, generations and cultures.

Join Kusafiri World Centre’s 2026 World Thinking Day celebration to honour the values of our Movement, strengthen our global sisterhood and reflect on how we can support and empower girls and young women everywhere.

This event will be hosted by Kusafiri World Centre in Ghana.

WHAT ACTIVITIES ARE INVOLVED?

Celebrate Our Friendship through uplifting stories of solidarity and friendship from Girl Guides and Girl Scouts worldwide. Immerse yourself in the rich history that connects us all through meeting Girl Guides and Girl Scout members who have made significant meaningful contributions to the Girl Guiding/Scouting movement and hearing their stories.

Participants will be encouraged to share about their own experiences and engage in interactive activities designed and led by Girl Guides and Girl Scouts staying at Kusafiri.
